love to litigate, or threaten to litigate, until someone checks them. If their prey is strong, and stands up, they fold like broken umbrellas. The threat of legal suit is so stressful that most people fold, and Dump and Moore and their like have made careers and livelihoods on the threats for decades. But that's not working very well for them now. Cowards and buffoons, all of them.

Years ago, a Rhode Island Democratic political operative named Guy Dufault was overheard on an open mike saying the Republican governor had a mistress.

When word got, the governor threatened a lawsuit.

Guy is still waiting for that lawsuit.
