4. I always questioned the Cop's version

of Tamir Rice and the BB gun. His own family said that they had never seen it.

5. Years ago they busted a bunch of City of Miami cops doing the same thing.

But they used real guns which they kept in squad cars and referred to as 'the sock.' As in "oops I shot a guy for no reason, go get the sock."
