The politics are changing here, and the ad that Joe Manchin just put out proves it. People are finally starting to understand what they have to lose if Obamacare is repealed, and they also get the any deficiencies in the law now are attributable to the GOP.

I'm finally convinced that this issue is going to backfire on the Republicans, and having Scalise and others say this kind of thing out load does them no favors.
