The country needs to see how much a place with American Citizens has suffered over the past 12 months. Make this Drumpf's Katrina, as much as it is possible, even though PR is not on the mainland like Nawlins' was.

Don't let their LIES about success go unchallenged, at any point! Throw it right back in their faces, what a disgrace they were, and be prepared for a potentially similar crisis in the next 3-7 days.
