He's one of the few people who's legally culpable for any criminal actions carried out by the transition team.

Manafort hand-picked Pence despite the fact that Trump had never met him AND Trump had his heart set on someone else. Pence led the transition team, which employed a known Russian Asset (Flynn), and Pence had final say over everything they did. So there is simply no possible way that Pence could have hired and worked with TWO DIFFERENT Russian assets, overseen all of their activities, and not known what he was doing.

I'm now more confident than ever that we're definitely going to get Trump AND Pence (in addition to the other obvious ones--Don Jr., Kushner, et al.) President Pelosi?
