Romney's VP pick Paul Ryan: help, hurt, no difference on Romney's chances?

Ryan is a good pick only graded on a curve that would include the likes of Sarah Palin and Dan Quayle.

Unlike either of those two, Ryan does seem to possess average or above IQ, and the ability to speak English.

Vote suppression and crooked vote stealing machines, they can steal it and the people who vote do not count any more.
I vote for the first option.
Now will the Democratic party please get on with a real populist agenda?

Say it now loud and proud.
We value PEOPLE over Corporations and their profit.
A rising STANDARD of living is more important than raising corporate profits.

the money people backing him want to raise Ryan's profile to the national stage so he can be their standard bearer at some later date.

Guys like Ryan are the ones who create the conditions that allow guys like Romney to "cheat" legally.

Or is Romney panicking, and Ryan is just a blowjob for the Tea Party. As mentioned in the article linked here: <http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2012/08/11/evaluating_the_paul_ryan_pick.html> --Romney might be convinced he's already got this won, and has brought on Ryan to claim a Medicare killing mandate when (if) he makes it to the White House.

Is Mitt panicked, or manic? Will the real Mitt Romney please stand?

I think right wing talk radio has upped the hallucinegins in their koolaid.

Whether Romney thinks he is going to win or not is immaterial: the money people behind the GOP probably told him to pick Ryan to up Ryan's profile so he can run for national office again--maybe when Obama is termed out.

9. The only reason Romney thinking he's winning is immaterial

is if he's basing it on something other than inside knowledge that the game is fixed in his favor.

If he knows he's winning, god help us. If he thinks he's winning, god help him.

I think he is far more dangerous then anyone the party has chosen to throw up as an candidate. This guy will make Cheney seem like a girl scout leader.

He should have looked for a regular Joe type that unemployed Americans could relate to. You know, a sports hero turned politician.

Oh, an having an IQ is not a plus. The American public thinks that smart politicians can not be trusted.
