People forget, Trump is tough on the outside, but on the inside he is a scared little girl. He is a fucking coward. Whenever he realizes he cannot win, he quits. Trump will realize his best bet is to resign and have pence pardon him on all federal charges.

Trump will realize New York State is a major threat to him, his family and his organization. He will have to focus on the state charges in order to survive.

If Trump resigns he will not do it in front of the American people. He will have someone do it for him and he will just tweet. That's my prediction, he will go out like a coward.

Unlike Nixon, who finally saw the futility of his actions after talking with Senate Republicans, Trump sees any capitulation as weak sauce. He will not go quietly. Which is why the best course of action is to have an electable 2020 Dem candidate for POTUS.
