I can't take it anymore!

Sometimes I get so fed up with and worked up by the news:

I totally deleted my Facebook account cold turkey, and uninstalled messenger and twitter. There are a few people that I wish I contacted prior to deleting it though, but I can get a message to them so they can get in touch with me if they have to.
