otherwise they'd be really quick to pull this nomination and replace him with someone less embarrassing.

except, of course, they have no problem with this kind of behavior as it reinforces the social hierarchy they want....

How many Republicans in Congress have skeletons in their closets.

Barney Frank, Tammy Baldwin are but 2 people honest with who they are and still people voted for them. Republicans fear honesty.
