Very dangerous for Kavanaugh to testify under oath

He must, if he has any brains at all, consider withdrawing, before he has to say, under oath, whether he did something or didn't do something. If he's hired a lawyer, the lawyer may have told the WH and Senate to hold off until he is prepared to make a decision

considered to be in a "48-hour" something or other. Idea being clock's ticking on his nomination and he'll need to withdraw if it isn't somehow turned around in that period.
