Boys should not be punished their whole lives for a "youthful indiscretion" in high school they say. Therefore Kavanaugh should be confirmed so he can possibly rule against the legality of abortions, which would mean a girl must carry a potential "youthful indiscretion" her entire life.

I was using their terms.

A youthful indiscretion is stealing lawn flamingos from the neighbor's yard or climbing over the fence and skinny dipping in the public pool at midnight or sneaking your friends into a movie through the exit door. Not hurting or attempting to hurt someone else.
