He said that McCabe had a short sentence in his memo about the 25th amendment and it was literally 'Mentioned 25th Amendment". Alexander also said that Lisa Page was at the same meeting and took notes and hers were different. Didn't mention any talk of 25th at all. This is all Bill Shine's and Trump's doings.
