Remember this name, Noel Francisco...may end Mueller investigation and prevent it from ever going

to the House in the first place.

If Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is fired or resigns, he would be replaced by Solicitor General Noel Francisco, who would assume oversight of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe.

Francisco, who was confirmed to the post in September 2017 by a 50-47 vote in the Senate, was a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and served in the Justice Department during the George W. Bush administration, Vox reported.

He also worked on Bush’s legal team during the 2000 election-year recount in Florida and was a partner in the law firm that represented former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell in his corruption case before the Supreme Court.

The court ruled in McDonnell’s favor.

If the 49-year-old Francisco takes over the Mueller investigation, he could allow it to continue, narrow its scope or end it.

He wont have to recuse himself either. If he does all he needs is a signature from rump to reverse it.

He was a partner at the law firm that represents Trump. DOJ ethics guidelines will probably require his to recuse himself from overseeing the Russia investigation. This is from the Roll Call article:

However, there is an open question about Francisco’s role in such a situation, because of a possible conflict dating from his time at Jones Day.

As a New Yorker and a lifelong Democrat, I don't trust the NY Post so thanks for the alternate link, Eliot!

This time next week

a. Rosenstein will have been fired or resign

b. Filthy sycophant Francisco will be INSTALLED

c. and Mueller investigation over or might as well be, he can even refuse to send the report to the House

Then we have to decide if we are gonna just sit here

It has been a long unrelenting process & comes from a place of loathing a free society.

They will take it like a thief, in the stillness of night while we sleep.
