to insist on an investigation. She says she was drugged and raped but she doesn't say whether Kavanaugh or Judge participated (she probably was too drugged to be sure). But just her statement that they were involved at all should make further investigation absolutely necessary.

Last night and the night before, PBS's Judy Woodruff buried the New Yorker journalists' information that several people in the frat house heard what happened in the penis incident when it happened, though they didn't see it, and one told the journalists she saw a crying girl, likely Ms. Ramirez. Both nights only the NYT's report that 100 people were interviewed and no eyewitnesses found. All 4 reporteldy in teh room denied it. At that point the NYT had not interviewed Ms. Ramirez, so did not have the names she was able to provide. PBS was also silent about Ms. Ramirez's claims about the behavior of the others who were in the room.
