Now they've gone into full defense mode - battening down the hatches, smearing anyone and everyone that dares to sully their hand-picked turd. Even Don the Con lost it, making his first ad hominem attack on Avenatti. Hope this was part of a trap set by Avenatti.

Trump of course had a few choice words on Twitter... mostly just attacking Avenatti. Hatch had a couple of comments. Flake a mild speech. Other than that pretty quiet considering the massive firestorm obliterating their golden boy.

I think they are freaked out and have no idea what to do.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
