Kavanaugh refuses 19 requests to commit to an FBI investigation

Brett Kavanaugh says he's innocent and 'welcomes anything' that could prove it. So why is he refusing to support an FBI investigation?
Despite insisting on his innocence, Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh refused at least 19 times on Thursday to call for an FBI investigation into the credible allegations of sexual assault that have been brought against him by multiple women.
During his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Kavanaugh repeatedly denied the accusations that he sexually assaulted several different women during high school and college, saying he “would welcome anything” to prove his innocence.
But when asked if he would welcome an FBI investigation into the matter, Kavanaugh changed his tune.
On at least 19 occasions, Kavanaugh was asked to commit to calling for the FBI to reopen its background investigation and look into the claims of sexual assault that have emerged in recent days and weeks.
And at least 19 times, he refused.

What is really disgusting about this entire situation, if these accusations of a drunk serial accused assaulter of woman had been investigated and if he thought one iota that his name should be cleared he would have said yes 19 times, he didn't say one word.
But he was in the Gore vs Bush item, and he has over 4658 dead Americans on his hands, plus thousands of Iraq people dead, when he helped coordinate the stacking of that vote in Florida, and now this right wing libertarian..................... farce...............Grassley has the power to re-open the FBI background check......and he didn't...................enough is enough......................I am pissed off along with millions of others...................
didn't say a word.....that he would welcome a FBI investigation ................except side step the BS and throw questions back at the senator, did you drink.....................to Klobachar and other then what is really galling his that this ass**** goes into a rant that its all a left wing conspiracy out to get him, well dude you made your bed, and its no conspiracy, and this ass**** is going to sit on the bench, and he is going to attack seniors with Medicare and Social Security, education, you name it, his Federalist Socialist lackey's will take down the the New Deal laws...............................

the FBI can interview an ever widening group of people with an ever widening set of questions.
They take the investigation where it leads them, in other words. So stuff like Squi’s stutter would be asked about, corroborated (yeah, right). A wider circle of people would be interviewed, places looked at, etc. or have I just watched too much of The Blacklist?
