Do you honestly think for ONE minute that thuglicans care one bit about how they look? NOPE, because if that was the case, they wouldn't be acting like the despicable, evil, racist, sexist asses they're been acting like. Dems better learn WHO they're fooling with once and for ALL and fight back. Look at that circus shit show today--Brett Kavanaugh WILL more than likely be confirmed. thuglicans have left a permanent stain on the Supreme Court forever unless Kavanaugh is removed from the High Court. It's bad enough that Thomas is on there.

thuglicans don't CARE what Dems or what a majority of the country thinks because if they did, they wouldn't be supporting a treasonous, sexually assaulting, lying, racist, mentally ill piece of human shit like tRump whose trying to turn this country into the USSA, because putin WANTS him to. He's trying to DESTROY this country. thuglicans don't care about shit but about remaining in power forever and about destroying Dems.

Usually, when one jurisdiction suspends or disbars, the rest follow accordingly.

Another member of the bar can initiate proceedings.

I think anyone can file a complaint but it is probably best done by someone living in the jurisdiction to help give the complaint standing
http://www.dcbar.org/attorney-discipline/for-the-public/file-an-attorney-complaint.cfm

All Supreme Court Justices have been lawyers

Complaints might look into his sexual conduct but evidence of him lying (perjury) might be easier to get them to sanction him.

It is an interesting route that might give them pause.

18 years max for bureaucrats.

20 years total for all gov't positions served combined.

There is no reason for anyone to have a life long job

For the American Bar Association to step in like this, that's incredible. A good majority of the Senate are members. Lindsey Graham just called them the gold standard.

Flake said that before he announced retirement, though. So, who knows.

That was said because the ABA only considered 93% of Trump's judicial nominees to be qualified rather than an infallible 100%.
