5. Conservatives love their shouters.

Watched some clips from The View yesterday. Abby Huntsman, every topic, got outraged and began shouting. Meghan McCain used to do the same. That made me think of the conservative leaders. Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levine, Bill O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, Judge Jeanine, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingram (FOX Prime Time is nothing but people all outraged and shouting), Pat Buchanan, and of course Donald Trump. (Many others are coming to my mind, and I am sure to yours.) All shouters. All outraged, all the time.

This works on their followers on a primal level. Voting is no longer about policy issues, it is about emotional manipulation, and the Conservative Machine understand that.

of truth doesn't serve them. They shout to drown out intellect and to hide the reality that their debased ideology has become nothing but negative emotions.

Look at the women looking at him - even his wife. They see him and know him for what he is. Their faces tell the story, not his.

they engender such contempt and hatred from women. Worth saying that rape is not about sex, it is about power. His lust for power and hatred of women is well, I do not have words for it. Evil is such an understatement.

They aren't appalled by his behavior. They are angry at Democrats for daring to question him.

Shock and disbelief. I don't know how else you could describe it. Ashley's face shows resignation or that she is not surprised as she's seen that behavior so often. As long as everything is going OK (his way) and there is no stress, he is a wonderful person...I don't doubt that...but let the littlest thing get in his way and he explodes.

OR...

If he was following Trump's instructions to be dynamic and demanding, to shout a lot and throw in a few tears here and there, they both failed. Trump in instruction and Kavanaugh in action.

Just look at those faces.

whatever it is he's crying about. We'd have to see the clip, but I'd put money on those faces are agreeing with him.
