Elizabeth Warren Says She'll Take 'Hard Look' at Running For President After Midterms

“I watched powerful men helping a powerful man make it to an even more powerful position,” Warren said at the event in Holyoke, Massachusetts. “And I thought, ‘Time’s up.’ It’s time for women to go to Washington and fix our broken government and that includes a woman at the top.”

“After November 6, I will take a hard look at running for president,” she said. The announcement drew a rapturous standing ovation.

The mission right now is to get rid of the Republicans in Congress as a majority. Only then will I be able to change gears and start thinking about 2020. She knows that by delaying any announcements until after the mid terms.
