She shamed Kavanaugh with a couple of words. He then came back and apologized to her. She brought the SOB to his knees.

Don't mess with Amy. She'll cut you off at the hip, with a polite smile on her face.

There are far more important things going on. I've seen her on the Sunday shows, but you use that to give us a football score? Damn!

To him all Democrats are women, (i.e. unworthy of respect).

towards the Democrats (and exponentially against the women on the committee) would, in a sane world have been shamed and shot down by decent lawmakers, decent humans.
So, of course, Republican lawmakers took the lead of the belligerent, disgustingly immature punk and lowered their already heel scraping character and ground it further into the muck.

I'm sure his behavior will hurt the Republicans running for office in Minnesota. Anyone seeing that behavior and approving of him for office is plain nuts.

I called her office Fri AM right after I called Whitehouse to say tell them "Thank you for all the hard work on behalf of the US and Dems". I called them all while the GOP senators on the committee are giving their speeches (I muted them). I was surprised that I was able to get through the phone lines for half of them...meaning that people weren't giving them the support they deserve. Please call the member of the Judic Comm and say THANKS. This link is great, click on the senator's picture and get their contact info (try their local offices first...less busy).

Everyone needs to say thanks. I don't know why people don't do it when it is so easy and takes such little time and effort. When I taught first grade my students were taught to write "Thank Yous" all the time. They also had to say thank you as well. My students were always remembered for doing that by parents and the staff. I just hope they continued to do it after leaving my class.
