happening around Little Lindsey. Seems he got his tight ass busted for taking illegal campaign funds from the Putin Mafia Bankers(Oligarchs),and tried to hide the facts.

This story has been around for two years, and as we know, the courts move at snails pace. So now we are getting a better picture as to why the Acting and Aggressive nature of Little Lindsey.

He knows Gamble Vs. US will keep him from a South Carolina Jail with Bubba and friends.

Because they respect their oath of office, unlike GOP Senators, and would provide Advise and Consent.

But a change to Dem control of the Senate would force a more moderate choice, one without Kavanaugh's partisan baggage.

Which is exactly how the Senate is supposed to function, you hypocrite.

I know that Dems haven't had control of the senate when they've had a few SCOTUS seats to fill. BUT, IF Dems ever get control of the Senate, they should a justice up there whose unabashedly LIBERAL. I'm sick of Dems having to put someone on the Supreme Court who thuglicans approve of and like. Look at the Federalist, lying, drunken, could be sexual assaulting, witness tampering, scummy partisan HACK they're getting ready to put on the court in Kavanaugh, who plans to punish women, the poor, POC, Dems and those who are left-leaning. Kavanaugh the partisan, drunk hack is out for revenge. It's bad enough that Clarence Thomas, one of the most intellectually lazy, right-winged, self-hating, hack of a SCOTUS on the court. And the man's big, creepy, conflict of interest, right-winged to racist hack wife belongs to racist right-winged groups and she also associates WITH these groups. And stolen seat Gorsuch, if I remember the story correctly, wanted a man to freeze to death in the cab of his truck because that trucking company didn't like the fact that he actually had nerve to leave the company's "precious truck" in a bid to try to SAVE HIS GOT DAMN LIFE one freezing night when his rig malfunctioned or whatever happened to the company's "precious" rig

hypocrisy run amok, or any Republican? They know themselves what hypocrites they are and don't care. And they are going to keep on doing it as long as we have so many stupid, ignorant, apathetic Americans accepting it. Personal dishonesty is one of the problems at the core of our nation, people/voters accepting such obviously unfair behavior from their elected officials because of their political biases.

From Politico, April 20, 2016 (pure coincidence, I take it, that this appeared on Hitler's birthday):

"Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) heaped praise for Merrick Garland after meeting privately with the Supreme Court nominee on Wednesday, but said he won’t change his mind on not moving his nomination this year.

"Graham, a member of the Judiciary Committee, said he told Garland that despite his credentials, the Senate won’t act on replacing deceased Justice Antonin Scalia until a new president is elected in November."

----------

Just replace "deceased Justice Antonin Scalia" with "retired Justice Anthony Kennedy" and "a new president" with "a new Congress," read it back to Graham, and see if the words sound familiar. The only difference is that no one will be heaping praise on Kavanaugh after his dreadful performance last Thursday. The longer he remains in the headlines, the bigger an embarrassment he becomes to the Republicans. I am getting the impression that at this point, they don't really care if he's confirmed or not, just as long as his name disappears from page one.

...for the entire 4 years of a Hillary Clinton first term.

On top of the non-hypothetical amount that they actually did keep it open by simply refusing to take any action.

Being called "pathetic" by Lindsay Graham is like an oil spill accusing you of being slippery, or a member of the 100-keg club scornfully accusing you of overdrinking.

we just don't want somebody with Kavanaugh's behavior/predilections on the Supreme Court, especially since one other person accused of similar things was already able to slip onto the Court back in the 1990's and he's still there and making trash decisions for women and the entire country.
