The FBI is not stupid - there is plenty of perjury, etc already existing.
If they got damning evidence from Judge, and don't have to call anyone else then it's an easy win.
Even though the gop could STILL ram it though.

But they are political - and have pension etc. So I really don't know which way this will go.

My fear is that they turn up *some* stuff, but not the whole enchilada (because of the restrictions) and the gop still votes yes.

36. There is only one way by which that tweet could be accurate.

Though the Dem senators cannot mention specifics with regards to the FBI report, they could say that bombshell revelations in the report should be a confirmation disqualifier. Instead, they claimed that it was a sham investigation. Therefore, for that tweet to be accurate, the White House would have to have reprinted the report and excised out the damaging parts regarding Judge before they sent it on to Congress.
