Supreme Court Justices don't say things like that, although I'm thinking that a number of traditions may fall away once a political hack like Kavanaugh is on the Court . . .

I think you are correct.
I'm not sure I've ever heard a former Supreme Court member ever be that blunt about a hot-button political topic that is going on. I could be wrong though.

Saying how the far-left is the ones opposing this judge. He, Kavanaugh himself and Graham cracker have towed that line for a week now. Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left Far left
So when a Republican retired justice comes out and agrees with the Far leftFar leftFar leftFar leftFar leftFar leftFar left ... it made me pause.
Although these days maybe JPS IS Far left?
