Kavanaugh approval might be good for our side in the midterms

At least that's what I'm telling myself. Anger could help get more Democratic voters to the polls, and make more repugs complacent.
We will see.

This is a big motivator for conservatives, and him getting confirmed a full month before midterms would take a big arrow out of their quiver and could mean a lot more stay home because they just aren't motivated for anything. Meanwhile, Democrats and Independents would hold onto their anger and outrage and unleash it at the polls.

As for the repukes, they always vote, no matter what! If their numbers are down a little, its because some of them died off. Believe me, if they still have a pulse, they will vote. Its up to us to outnumber them, EVERYTIME the polls open!

And bad for everything we believe in for the next 30 years. That's why they don't care about the midterms on this issue.
