He's conservative enough to get a fair number of right-wingers to keep voting for him. WVa doesn't have a lot of liberals - not enough to support a "normal" Democrat.

Let him get the money from Flake and Collins and the rest of his Republican buddies. I wish he would just change his party right now, and get it done.
