They are ALL guilty of treason.

First of all, let me state that I am AGAINST the death penalty and am in no way advocating it. Nonetheless, we ALL know what the penalty for treason is, and I truly, honestly, and completely believe that Bitch (Turtle) McConnell and his repig colleagues in the Senate and the House are guilty of treason. . . Now I'm not saying that I WISH for them to be executed, because as I previously stated, I am AGAINST the death penalty. But I am saying they DESERVE it. If this were another certain country, gallows would be erected behind the capitol, and these goddamned repigs would be summarily hanged. The entire Republican party could be banned for all I would care. Of course I am being hyperbolic, but that fucking party deserves to pay the consequences for what it's done to this country. The problem now is that I hate them so much and am so fucking angry that I can't imagine being satisfied unless I know they have suffered severely. Hell, I'm willing to suffer myself if I know it's causing them pain.

I have NEVER loathed anybody as I fucking hate these repigs. I hate them and history will not be kind to these motherfuckers.

6. Funny thing, the guillotine was invented as a more humane form of punishment

Prior to that it was execution by hanging, or decapitating with swords -- much less efficient, much more inhumane than the guillotine

8. Dr Guillotin said all the victims would feel was a "refreshing coolness on the neck"...

...I can think of quite a few folk who could use a taste of that "refreshing coolness"...:-/...and by the way, Dr Guillotin, despite the myths, didn't have a taste of that coolness himself. He was arrested during the Terror, but was released and lived until 1814.

If that means I need to quit calling myself a liberal or progressive so be it.

I think however having to continue to pay for their care in prison would be wrong. They want to go back to when America was great? Well, let my tell you boys, they hung people back when you claim America was great.

12. Charge them with felonies, jail them, & seize all their assets.

Punish these people by taking away their wealth & privilege. That's all they care about.

You are not alone. I hate them, too. And their supporters. It has now affected my opinion of people I know who still identify as republican. Even those who claim they aren't happy with the party. Then leave it. You don't stay with a party this vile. You just don't. And if you do, then you're part of the problem.

13. Execution is not the only legal penalty for treason.

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

I've always thought the alternative punishments were wildly at odds with each other.
