Someone at the DNC should be looking at under-served voter models to see which would be easier to leverage?

2. Texas is not a red state or a blue state but anon voting state

If Latino voters voted in the same percentages as in California, Texas would be a blues state. In 2014, voter turnout was down 5% due to voter iD. That voter ID law was largely gutted
