A couple years ago there was a couple in Corpus Christi, Texas, who operated a "dietary supplements" store they called X2Zero. Among their products was an "all natural herbal" ED medicine they called Salute. They also sold a lot of diet pills that were advertised as being "herbal supplements." The FDA bought samples, analyzed them, and discovered all the diet pills contained sibutramine, a no-longer-registered prescription drug that was pulled from the market for causing heart attacks and strokes, and the boner pills contained the same amount of sildenafil as a standard dose of Viagra. Both operators are in jail now.
