One Way To Increase Voter Turnout Is To Create A Way....

for people to vote using their phone. It's too late to do this for the Nov Midterms - but I'm sure there is a way to create a secure app/system to allow people to vote using their phones.

Just think of the Millennial vote turnout we'd get if this happened. They do everything from their phones.

This is another thing a Dem Congress should work on.

1. Only if secure. I'm betting phone voting is ripe for hacking, more than now.

But if Security can be ensured, good suggestion. Although, honestly, it’s not that hard for most people to vote now if they are even a bit inclined. Majority of states have online registration, absentee voting, early voting, even voting by mail. There are some states that don’t do that, though.

you can only vote at a polling place. There are absentee ballots, but you have to have an approved reason to get one.

New York's election laws and rules have historically been designed to help steal elections, not keep them open and honest.

But, now that we have bank-by-phone and buy-by-phone apps, why should we worry about secure voting apps?

6. You do have a point about bank security, assuming government will pay for that kind of security.

Don't expect it anytime soon, but I'm for anything that increases voter participation.
