Have any polling shops calculated cheating and disenfranchisement into their algorithms?

I know 538 has been modeling fundraising.

We know the most flagrant cheating is. Has that been modeled?

...and was told the study was bogus. I don't think the Brennan Center does much that's bogus.
But..
