Because with built-in Republican.engineered disenfranchisement of Democratic voters, manipulation of electronic voting machines and fraudulent forbidding of voters from exercising their right to vote, if we were 50-50 right now, we WOULD STILL be down 10% due to nothing else but Republican cheating.
