There is a difference between lying and bull shitting

Last edited Tue Oct 23, 2018, 01:58 PM - Edit history (1)

Bull shitting is much worse and more dangerous. Listen, every politician lies. Everyone has lied. That doesn't make them liars. let's put together some examples. I'm driving 65 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. A cop pulls me over and asks, "do you know how fast you were driving". "No, officer." That's a lie. A lie to protect myself. My girlfriend sees me talking to an ex-girlfriend. She says "who is she?" My answer "just an old friend". Bill Clinton says he didn't have sexual relations with that woman. He was protecting himself. It's still a lie, but we understand that lie. Sometimes politicians are wrong, are accused of a lie, but it's not a lie. "This policy will result in 3% GDP growth". Maybe, but probably not. Not a lie.

Trump, on the other hand, is a bull shitter. A bull shitter is a compulsive liar and far more dangerous than the rest of us. He not only lies to protect himself, but to hurt others. He makes up stories to make himself look more important or correct. The bull shit stories, like seeing 3,000 Muslims celebrating on 9/11, is dangerous and unneccesary. It's bull shit. "People say" or "I heard" are the ingredients of a bull shit pie. This is not lying to protect oneself, it is lying because a person can't help it. Everyone has lied at one time or another. Very few of us have bull shitted to hurt others or to give false information for the fuck of it.

Trump is more than a liar. He's a first class, gold plated bull shitter.
