Ronald Reagan signed these treaties w/ the Russians, and it did bring about some calmness to this totally irrational area of arms in a more dangerous world. rump is making it far worse. Also, by not confronting the Russians, he's failing in his duties as commander in chief again...where is Congress in all of this too? Aren't they the ones who determine whether or not we stay in a treaty or not?
