1. I miss Albuquerque!

Back in the early '70s I was part of an election night campaign team, assigned to go to several polling locations and record the numbers from the back of those big voting machines. At each site, we'd find a pay phone and call in the numbers before going to the next site. After all this time I don't recall the candidate's name, but I remember that the election night party was held at his house, just down the street from the house we'd lived in when I was in high school years earlier; even had the same nice view of Sandia Peak.
