You can find that video on YouTube if you search on "DU hacked." It's a mishmash of fascist white supremacist imagery - lots of Eastern European dictators featured - with Trump portrayed as a savior with long blonde hair, dressed as Napoleon, riding on an eagle holding the head of a Muslim-looking man. The soundtrack is some metal band screeching about how someday a savior will come.

The picture that you've shown is of the driver's side, while the other pictures show the passenger's side, which accounts for the difference in windows.

If you look at the rear window in each photo, you can see that the top two-thirds on the left window and the top one-third on the right window are exactly the same. The bottom parts of those windows, though, have different decals between the two photos. It could just be that he put on fresh decals between the traffic photo and today's arrest.

I don't think this is the same van: back window stickers are different
Obviously the same (deranged) sense of style, though.

I was trying to photoshop side-by-side images of the back windows of the van in the news report and the photos on Twitter taken last month. There are a couple of things different, which is why I originally thought they weren't the same, but too many things are in the same position. I think he just put up some different stickers.
