Are there any election-law watchdog groups poised to head for trouble spots on Election Day?

I've always been gratified that the American Bar Association leans our way.

I take my hat off to those relentless lawyers who seek to ensure that American voting rights are upheld.

These groups cannot coordinate with political parties or candidates and cannot appoint poll watchers or get people inside the polling place

I love the Brennan Center. They are a great resource

This was the second training session.

The Texas Democratic Party has a hot line that has been manned for a while 844 TXVOTES

We have war rooms set up in Austin, Dallas, Houston and some other cities. I will be doing voter protection in my county

I have been on the phone with the Austin war room several times last week and three times yesterday

The above efforts are partisan voter protection being done by the party. There are also non-partisan voter protection which includes people standing outside the 100 foot electioneering zone. Partisan voter protection get to sent poll watchers into the polling place.
