1. In a fair race, Gillum definitely wins and Nelson squeaks by.

However, Scott is on the ticket so fair doesn't seem likely. We have to overwhelm them by a huge amount to make up for voter suppression and hacking the vote.

3. Polls are varied, but in most he's either tied, up by 1-2 or down by 1-2.

I'm hoping Gillum turns out millennials in the general like he did in the primary and they also vote Nelson so both Dems win and we take back the Senate. Yes, I'm being optimistic, but it is truly possible and even a little likely. I really hate Scott and hope his bungling on the red tide and pre-existing conditions does him in, even in this red neck state.

They will come out with their nastiest TV ads any time now.

Texas Senate - Cruz
Florida Senate - Nelson
All three governor races sweep Blue, even Georgia.

In fact, I probably shouldn't say this out loud, but since the prospects for the Senate are slim to none (and always have been given how the elections fell), I'd let the Republicans have two, hell, three extra seats just to get that absolute cancer out of the Senate.

9. It would be so great if Beto was the surprise winner. Cruz is such a slimeball.

I don't understand how Republicans can vote for these people. Just heard a California GOP voter explaining why he still planned to vote for Duncan Hunter. Maybe he wants to give Duncan the chance to pilfer another quarter of a million dollars? It's mind boggling.
