He won't win on this one, but he will prevail on a buncha other shit, even if we win back the House

He will simply deny that a Dem-Held House has any authority over anything, and refuse to comply with anything he doesn't want to.

I don't buy for one second he actually thinks he can end birthright citizenship ... it's just a big, stupid, OBVIOUS distraction from the MAGABomber and MAGANazi ...
