...bigotry. Euphemisms, you know. Rolled eyes. References to like, "Well, you know." Things you could pretend you hadn't really heard.

The next step down is dog-whistles. Little references that the "in-group" would catch, but probably not the rest of us.

Trump/Bannon have given permission to people who used to be on the far outer fringes of society to come out from under their rocks and be proud and loud about their insane hatreds of Jews, immigrants, African Americans, Latinos, LGBTQ -- you name it.

As far as they are concerned, euphemisms are just another form of hated political correctness. Euphemisms and common decency itself are for wusses and girly-men.

As for this ad, the imagery is just right in your face.

What could possibly go wrong?

Eventually, we are going to witness a political assassination of a Jewish politician and the best we can hope for is it isn't on live TV. Maybe we will even get to see it this week, depending on well Jews do in the polls.
