His Hungarian parents came over at the beginning of the 20th century from Hungary and somehow never became citizens. That would have made him and his nine siblings anchor babies. He served in WWII and did time as a POW in Germany for over a year. He was a lifelong Repub and died 5 years ago. I wonder if this EO would be retroactive for people like my dad.
