Stop all non-whites from coming to America, enact the Black Codes and take away all the civil rights of African Americans...Make America white again.

1. It can't be done by executive order.
2. The Jurisdiction Clause of the 14th does offer a loophole for Congress to act. They may have the ability to define what jurisdiction means. But they will have to act before the next Congress is seated.
3. The changes cannot effect the past. Those with birthright citizenship right now will still be citizens if there is a change.

Imo, Trump is using this to get rid of all non-whites. he is "killing two birds with one stone' so to speak. If he could strike down that amendment you don't think he will use it to go after AA, Asians, all Latinos in the US?

6. Summer, this would affect ALL skin colors. While imagining

consequences, you should fear liberals of any and all colors being targeted. Once enough liberals were disenfranchised that we were unable to win elections, we couldn't stop whatever the right then did to any of us. We're not in 1868 any more. No one could live if the power of today's government were turned against them. Any leaders who raised their head would be picked off like bad fruit in a produce market.

You're of course right in thinking the consequences of losing voting power would be far worse for the 13.3% of the population who are POC, and Jewish, and nonwhite Hispanic, and Muslim, etc., etc., etc.

We need each other to stand against evildoers. Which is why we unite and vote.
