Posse Comitatus forbids American troops from acting in any military or law enforcement activity on American soil. This is a bs political stunt and just shows, further, that 45 has no understanding of the laws of this land that he is supposed to be executing.

Troops are only allowed to respond in kind.
If the refugees throw rocks (not at all likely) then the soldiers are allowed to throw rocks back.

I think they are NOT allowed to supply their OWN rocks.
Just return the rocks that are thrown at them.

Many of our volunteer forces are of Hispanic ethnicity, so this could be a very traumatic situation for them.

The Border Patrol shot and killed a 15 year old boy from Juarez trying to cross the Rio Grande who was throwing rocks at US Border Agents. It caused a huge stir in El Paso and Juarez. Militarizing the border is not the answer. Most of us living on the border are stunned at this move to put US soldiers along the border to "fight" the caravan of refugees.
