Trump wasted an opportunity to gain respect and dignity for himself & his administration.

He could have issued a statement saying although he had a desire to visit Pittsburg, in respect for the families and relatives of those killed, he will postpone his visit for one week. (or whatever time period his advisors recommended, or indefinitely )..
...One simple easy to understand sentence..postpone the visit out of respect...(families didn't want him to be there, bad time to visit). People would have agreed, Trump is doing the correct thing in this instance.

What a stupid, self centered person. Could not respect the families and people of Pittsburg as to the idea of a visit from the President at that particular time. A later time would have been much better, but he did not respect these people enough to listen to their wishes. (hard to believe he did what he did, but he is Donald Trump..that is it)

To try and gain/regain any amount of self respect or honor over the course of the last two years.

It's why undecided voters amaze me. It's not like there is something that Trump could say or do now that would offend them, nor is there any type of legislation that would sway them to suddenly make them a fan of him. People should make no mistake, this November is going to be a confirmation or condemnation on the Presidency.

Always miss an opportunity to gain dignity and respect for himself and his administration.

It’s just like with the MAGABomber. He had the opportunity to reach out to Barrack Obama, the Clintons, the Bidens and whoever else just to check on them; see if they are ok; reassure them that his administration (the DoJ) will catch the person that did this; told the public that we do not tolerate this in our country or that we may dislike the other side but we don’t condone violence against anyone. I thought this was such an amazing opportunity to unify people and it was wasted.

Trump said “we’ll pass.”

I don’t expect any ounce of decency, dignity, or respect from this guy or that pathetic excuse of an administration.

I haven’t lived through that many Presidents but it will be hard for any other president to top the hatred I have for Trump.

We have a President that caters to only 30-49% of the country. He’s not even trying to reach out to the other half of the country. It’s clear that we (as in those of us on the left, Democrats, left-leaning independents) are a people without a President; without an administration; without an executive branch.
