can the next, normal president change the 2nd Amendment and start by getting rid of AK 47's?

Senator Rubio was born here before his parents became naturalized citizens. Republicans claim they can cancel his citizenship and return him and his children to Cuba. Ok, the Trump proposal isn't ALL bad. But voters who were born here before their parents became citizens should know that they are at risk from this Republican policy.
