Explain to me how any of those supposedly educated people thought that this was a good idea done in good fun without intending to hurt a Latino student that might see it.

How is being racist not malicious intent?

The people in the photograph are the happy, smiling faces type of racists who don't think they're racists even when they stage a cross burning.
