Don't insult me by bringing Scaramucci on to lie and bullshit me. That guy is a mealy-mouthed sycophant. Had to turn it off. Come on Ari, you're better than that, aren't you?

(3,344 posts)I stopped watching because of these ridiculous guests. The show is good otherwise, but I have better things to do with my time.

(3,373 posts)Once he had Bannon on I stopped watching regularly. Now that he's got scaramucci on I'll continue to pass him by.
I can't figure if he thinks it's good for ratings or he's being forced to have on these idiots.

(53,410 posts)For real. What is the purpose, the reason, the motive? Scaramucci is a liar. What can anyone believe about what he says? He totally discredited himself without any help from anyone.

(3,975 posts)it was a thing of beauty...Ari cut him off and would not let him get away with 1 word of distraction...he had him on to verify M Cohen's breaking news RE: Trump''s behind the scenes racism....
Ari was like a cat pouncing....there is a reason he is Lawrence's protege...

(5,717 posts)for something his audience is ripping their own fingernails out while grinding their teeth flat.
I for one would appreciate it if, after such an interview, he could kindly provided us with acknowledgement of the mental anguish his viewers had just been subjected to, followed up by sympathy and appreciation for not blacklisting him from our personal viewing line up.
Rachel Maddow does do this.
I'll say it, Ari lacks empathy.

(2,437 posts)Who actually believes has influence over anything? A potted plant would supply more useful information and probably better ratings.
Why can't the MSM ever just put these right-wing circus performers out to pasture and leave them there.

(1,840 posts)I'm not afraid to hear the other side. I don't know why some of you are so sensitive. Honestly, the more those fools are heard, the more they are exposed. I want REAL news, and I don't want to be served pap from my own echo chamber.

(1,840 posts)They need to be heard. I'm not afraid to hear those vile buffoons talk, and I maintain again that the more people see them, the more support they will lose.
Edited to add: Any network that purports to be a genuine news gathering operation that did not put those people on their shows would deserve to go out of business.

(31,454 posts)Republicans dominate the networks whether they are in or out of power. MSNBC should be a respite from that crap, especially if the host is gonna invite them on, and give them another platform to lie without adequate rebuttal. What's the point?
