I was not able to access DU for about 1/2 hour

I was concerned there was a hack. I am glad it finally worked.
Anyone else have trouble?

UPDATE: It was a hosting error. All is well. No Hack per Skinner.

7. I went to the DU facebook and did not see any reference to a hosting issue.

Let's hope all is well. I know I will need to be on DU tomorrow night to chat with you all.

DU DOWNTIME 11/5/18 Appx 2:30 ET
Democratic Underground had a brief period of downtime from approximately 2:00 to 2:30 pm today. This was due to an error caused by our hosting company during an upgrade.

We have fixed the problem, and are now double-checking our servers to make sure everything is ok.

In case it isn't clear: The site was NOT hacked. This was a totally innocent glitch.

FB and Twitter users managed to communicate and find out what happened but we're squirrel for good reason.

I'll try to use it as a lesson in not freaking out.

I went straight to FB DU for answers and could not find any. My timing of signing into the site was just so, that it was during that downtime.
