Can Mitt write a huge election defeat off his taxes?

I was just listening to Lawrence talk about how some Republicans are pissed at the Ryan pick and they think Romney endangered the House GOP elections with that pick.

I was thinking, but why would Mitt do that? Then I thought, what motivates him normally? Aha! And is there some scheme where he gets more tax breaks the more house seats the GOP loses? That might explain everything.

If Mitt asks the GOP congressmen to build a stage for the convention, they need to start getting worried

Is he writing checks for expenses out of his American, Swiss, Bermudian, or Cayman checking account?

He picked Eddie for two reasons:

1. He wants to privatize government services and cut regulation so that he and other richies can make more money. to do this, he needed a wonk to crunch all the numbers. the dirty, menial work. He's the idea boss. The flaw in this strategy is simple. He was only thinking about what HE needed to make him whole and to govern if he won. He stupidly forgot to think about what the country might want in a VP

2. It was probably some backroom deal he made to get Noot out......he gets out and Mitt concedes to take the big money funders pick for VP. Since they want what he wants (See #1)...it's a win win.
