2. Mueller now is more protected than before after they are in office,

So before they get sworn into office trump will make his move to stop his investigation , claiming the people spoke . Mueller may start putting out indictments , but not many before the Dems are sworn into office. Before its over he'll indict over a 100 people if he stays. I'd be very scared if I were in Congress, or this administration , and was involved with russians, or corruption of any kind. Those corrupted will be facing some very serious charges, and hopefully he'll get to see it through to the end. Not retaking he Senate allows them to continue stacking courts with corrupted people they can use to protect themselves with , like trump, and McConnell, and his wife.
