I thought that Ryan took himself out of the race because he felt that he'd lose his district. If Ryan would have run - would he have won last night?

stash painted himself more big city urban
area has lots of farms and smaller towns
if his district went north into milwaukee...different story
but this district goes west to include rural racine, kenosha, walworth and rock counties
